Jonah 2: 8 – Let Go of What’s Worthless

The things of the world are often like a weight that we cling to.

I don’t know if you find yourself drowning in a sea of problems or sliding over a cliff of despair. But I do know that the Lord provides.

Peace is something we all need right now.

You may have all but given up. But God never loses. His ways are always victorious.

Thank God there is one that can claim to have a pure heart and to be without sin.

Talk is cheap! Words come easy. But someone that does what they say, that is hard to find.

We must continue to learn and grow and be transformed day-by-day into the Lord’s likeness.

It’s funny that I think that I can take care of things myself.

We all desire unfailing love. Only Jesus can fulfill that desire.

I’m learning to hold my plans loosely and hold onto God tightly.
